About

Built in 1894 as a mansion and acquired by Sir Robert Ho Tung in 1918, it kept until the present day the name of its’ last owner. The building displays an arcade veranda, as other important buildings of the same period, with a neoclassical façade composition and restrained decoration. Surrounded by a garden, it was extended with a new contemporary building in 2005, creating a gap to experience a contrasting dialogue between the old and the new.
